His experience includes managing operations across five offices, supporting the acquisition of independent practices, coordinating operational due diligence during a private-equity acquisition, and leading practice-side organizational and systems transitions.

Served as the practice-management point of contact during the sale of a physician-owned practice to a private-equity-backed organization. Following the acquisition, helped coordinate payroll, benefits, billing, EHR, staffing, scheduling, and operational changes.
